Kindly note that members who have renewed their membership fees up to year 2016 will only pay RM50 for one CTRE course and will be entitled to the second CTRE course free of charge.
For reservations and administrative purposes, kindly complete the enclosed confirmation slip and return it to us by mail, email or fax before Wednesday, 22nd February 2017.
Please note that we require advance cancellation notice of no less than 5 days before the actual date of CTRE f you are unable to participate. Members who are NO SHOW without any notification will impose a penalty of RM50.00 for the certificate printing cost.
